Our website is designed so that it is easy for you to place an order.  First, look in the style you are interested in. There you can see the sizes and colors available in stock. Once you have finished selecting your items, click add to cart and proceed to checkout. Please then follow the prompts to complete your purchase. Should you have any questions or problems at all you can email us at CS@2680palmbeach.com

We accept all major international credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

While we do not have live customer service you can email CS@2680PalmBeach.com and we would be delighted to help you with any questions you may have, placing an order online.

When an item goes out of stock you can email us and we can put you on a list that will notify you when the item is back in stock.

Please note, while our styles are essential classics, our colors may change from season to season, popular colors tend to go quickly and may not come back next season. We advise you buy the item in the color you love while it is available.

Join our mailing list for pre-sale opportunities and sneak peaks to our up coming seasonal colors, so you wont miss out on the color that you love.

It is only possible to amend an existing order if it has not been processed.

The fastest way to resolve any issues or questions on your order is to email us explaining what would you like to amend. We will do our best to make it right.

After you place the order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

You will receive another email to confirm that your order has been shipped with a tracking number to your delivery address.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original 26°80° Palm Beach reusable sleeping bag. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you must contact us at CS@2680PalmBeach.com.

You must receive a return authorization prior to initiating your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original26°80°Palm Beach reusable sleeping bag. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your email should include your order number with details for the reason of your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving our authorization will not be accepted.

There is a $10 restocking fee for unused, non damaged items, that will be deducted from the total refund amount for United States orders (exceptions are made for exchanges).  

$38.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount for all other orders outside of the United states.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs that will be deducted from the total refund. Costs are subject to third party shipping rates and fees. 

Please email us for any return question you have.

No, we cannot offer exchanges. In order to make an exchange, please place a new order and return the items from your previous order.

*There is no restocking fee for an exchange.

Please follow our exchange policy and send an email to CS@2680PalmBeach.com for your return and exchange approval. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at CS@2680PalmBeach.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Each piece is hand inspected through numerous quality control measures before it is packed and shipped to you, to avoid selling any item that may have an intolerable blemish or defect.  Due to the natural fibers of cashmere and the knitting process, there is a natural small tolerance of texture or color that may be present in the garment yarns.  It defines the garment as unique and natural and is not considered a defect.    

It is possible to cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipping.  Please email CS@2680PalmBeach.com with your request. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed for shipping from the warehouse.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the return fees) within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are not responsible for payment provider refund policies.
